Three days after the operation another in-jection of bismuth paste was made. At this sitting the paste was not in-jected under as much force as the previous injection, for I did not wishto break up and destroy any granulation tissue that had formed along thewalls of the sinus. Another injection under even less pressure than thesecond was made at the end of four days. The patient returned one weekafter the third injection with no symptoms of her former trouble
