Flores, a fixed-wing aircraft mechanic with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 365 (Reinforced), 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, works on an AV-8B Harrier II Jump Jet engine in the hangar bay of the USS Iwo Jima, Nov. 3, 2014.
