General view of the exterior of the foreign espionage unit offices at the Stasi Museum in Berlin, Germany.
The large building featured was home to the foreign espionage unit of the Stasi. The site was a mini-protected zone within East Berlin and contained the headquarters of the Ministry for State Security. In other words, this is where the leaders of the Stasi worked. It is still the home of many of the (still viewable) records kept on the people of West Berlin during the 'reign' of the Stasi.
