Protesters use a rope to pull down a barrier preventing them from reaching parliament buildings during the broke out in Downtown Beirut following the interim prime minister Hassan Diab's announcement of a new cabinet for the Lebanese government. Protesters have been attempting to block major streets in downtown Beirut while the police fired tear gas and disburse the protesters.
