Army Garrison Japan Command Sgt. Maj. Justin Turner competes in the “ekiden,” or relay race, Oct. 2 at Sagami General Depot, Japan. Turner, along with Deputy to the Garrison Commander Jenifer Peterson, MWR director Rick Bosch and MWR employee Rintaro Sato, represented the Garrison by running segments of the (16 kilometer) race.
