Miguel Juarez with 808th Engineer Company are tapping a cinder blocks to insure that it is level, they have placed it on the wall of the future Ladyville Polyclinc, Belize, April 13, 2017. This is one of five construction project to take place in Belize for Beyond the Horizon 2017. Beyond the Horizon is a Southern Command-sponsored, Amy South-led exercise designed to provide humanitarian and engineering services to communities in need, demonstrating support for Belize.
