Making rice noodles on Koh Trong Island across the Mekong River from Kratie, Cambodia. Rice is soaked overnight, then squeezed into a paste and pounded into a snooth dough. Then it's put into molds and squeezed through to form noodles, which are dunked in boiling then cold water.
