Christian Houette, commanding officer of the French navy submarine FS Perle (S606) following his arrival at Naval Station Norfolk. Perle is visiting Norfolk to participate in Auriga 2010, a series of multinational exercises in the North and West Atlantic. Auriga 2010 is lead by the Britsh Royal Navy aircraft carrier HMS Ark Royal (R07).
