Anderson Place aka Greyfriars or The Newe House, Newcastle Upon Tyne, England. King Charles I stayed at Newe House during his captivity in Newcastle (1646-1647) under General Leven. The building was demolished in 1836. From Old England: A Pictorial Museum, published 1847.
