Proboscis fully developed; palpi upturned, the 2nd joint reaching to vertex of head and moderately scaled, the 3rd moderate, oblique; frons smooth, with tuft of hair above; eyes large, round; antenna; of male ciliated; thorax clothed with hair and hair-like scales and without crests ; tibi^ moderately fringed with hair, the fore tibite not spined, the hind tibiae spined to base ; abdomen smoothly scaled and without crests. Fore wing with the apex rounded, the termen evenly curved and slightly crenulate; veins 3 and 5 from near angle of cell; 6 from upper ; 9 from 10 anastomosing with 8 to.
