(Jan. 25, 2019) Information Systems Technician 3rd Class Christopher Rogers, assigned to Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) picks up a discarded piece of mail during a clean-up at the Titustown Recreation Center. MARMC adopted the recreation center as part of the city’s Adopt-A-Spot program.
