New in 2016, thje Donations Points near the south and north ends of Blackpool Illuminations were underneath a very colourful square-shaped arch of changing lights between ends with purple, blue, red, green twists and red stars and speckled lights. The New South Promenade below the arch seen here, looking north to the Bling Illuminations, sponsored by Beaverbrooks the Jewellers, is busy with cars, reflecting the lights above. The collection office under left side of the arch for north-bound traffic is advertising: 'Make Your Contactless Donation Tonight'.
