Countreyv^Ko harbouring themfelves in Caves under Ground in the thickeft of huge Woocfe' and Forrefts, do oftentimes iiTue out, and make foul fpoil in the Countrey where they come, having firft intoxicated themfelves with a Liquor made of certain Roots, and would do much more harm, if it were not for this Garrifon. 3.
