The galley itself, secured with hooks in the betting knees, is entirely made of copper, insides of pans and the like are tinned. It is a very detailed model and can be taken apart. At the front left is a large oven with a layer of stove above it for rectangular pans: the stove can be adjusted for five or six pans. To the right of this is a high section with underneath a firebox, above it a water tank with tap, above that again a firebox and entirely above a hob for ordinary pans or rectangular cooking plates. A low bread oven is fitted on both sides. At the rear two huge rectangular barrels are hanging above fireplaces. Scale 1:10 (Obreen)., G.
