December 10, 2019. - Russia, Saint Petersburg. - Kyrgyzstan native Obid Abdyraimov, accused of organizing the Metro explosion, appears at a sentence hearing at the First Western District Military Court. A blast hit a train carriage between the Sennaya Ploshchad and Tekhnologichesky Institut stations on April 3, 2017, killing 15 and injuring over 60 people. Eleven suspects have been found guilty of their role in the St. Petersburg metro blast and have been sentenced to between 19 years and life in jail.
