Marcus Miller join family and friends during a deployment ceremony at the Annapolis, Md. armory, Thursday, Feb. 7, 2019. The deployment ceremony marks the 11th rotation to the Horn of Africa for team members assigned to the 110th Information Operations battalion. The 110th IO Bn team will support the Combined Joint Task Force – HOA for the next nine-months.
