Each October during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, hundreds of pink flamingos and a giant floating ribbon of pink innertubes are in place at North Florida Regional Hospital's Duck Pond in Gainesville, Florida, in honor of all patients and caregivers who are standing up to breast cancer.
