TVe, the undersigned, have examined the operations of Speakmans American Hy-drant, and approve of them as the article nnuh and long wanted for the purpose of stop-ping the needless waste of water, also to prevent the saturation of the earth around theHydrant, which in almost all cases proves a serious objection to using them.
