Venus, as a naked woman, sits under a tree on the shot of a young man, embracing her. She is surrounded by Bacchus, who calls her wine and Ceres that provides her from fruits. Amor points his arrow on her. Emblem no. 29 in emblemata saecularia, 1596 and no. 8 in the second edition of 1611.
