President Volodymyr Zelensky, in his video address, demanded more decisive action from Western partners. He believes that there is still a real opportunity to stop Russian aggression in Ukraine. On the second day of the invasion, the Ukrainian armed forces successfully repel the offensive of the Russian troops, which suffer heavy losses in manpower and equipment.
