Hollow Ponds, also known as Leyton Flats, Epping Forest on the northern border of Leytonstone with Snaresbrook, east London, England, United Kingdom.

Hollow Ponds, also known as Leyton Flats, is a fragment of Epping Forest which forms the northern border of Leytonstone with Snaresbrook. It’s one of the few places in London where you can stand, look up and enjoy an almost uninterrupted view of the sky. There are also rowing boats for hire if you fancy a leisurely trip on the water, and several cafes.
