BARRANQUITAS, Puerto Rico – Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), flanked by Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) and Resident Commissioner Jenniffer Gonzalez-Colon (R-PR) board a UH-60 helicopter after a tour of this mountain municipality that suffered major damage during Hurricane Maria. Harris, along with eight others from both the House and Senate, were on a two-day visit to the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico to see firsthand storm affected areas and ongoing relief efforts.
