Officials from the World Relief Commission (WRC), Dr. Everett S. Graffam and Dr. Nathan Bailey, sign the guest book at the Hoa Khanh Children's Hospital near Da Nang. The WRC is co-sponsoring the hospital with the Karine Force Logistic Command, and the ceremony includes the staffing of the hospital with civilian personnel. Navy doctors and enlisted hospital corpsmen have been volunteering their time and services at the hospital for over three years, supervising the Vietnamese staff.
