Encants (viejos) market, Barcelona, Spain.
Over 50% of the 16k Covid-19 cases reported in Spain in the last two weeks have appeared in Catalonia. People are being asked to stay at home , groups of 10 or more are not allowed and face masks are obligatory everywhere unless you are doing sport. However at the recently re-opened Encants market, people swarm around a second hand clothing stall. Security do little other than insist people disinfect their hands on entry. I found the scene shocking and irresponsible.
