The property includes a riding school and stables which was subject to scrutiny in 2013 when the millionaire Tory MP admitted claiming expenses for electricity used to run the stables on his private estate. Recently appointed Children and families minister Zahawi is currently in the limelight again after attending The Presidents Club fundraiser at the Dorchester Hotel in London and was called to Downing Street on Wednesday to explain his attendance to chief whip Julian Smith.
