An Apulian-Corinthian helmet, 5th century Bronze. Tall helmet with clearly offset skill, brow gable and contoured eyebrows. Small eye cutouts and a sturdy, protruding nasal. The cheek guards open in front, connected by a bridge and bear antithetical depictions of boars and three-stemmed plant motifs. The back of the neck decorated with horses. The skull surmounted by a soldered and riveted twisted crest fork, next to it remnants of a another holder. Holes for the chinstrap on both sides. Broad, horizontally flaring neck guard, pierced twice. Total height 2,
