Stanier Black 5 "Eric Treacy" N° 5428 reversing from the sheds towards Grosmont Station in the distance, on a sunny early October morning (NYMR)


The Stanier Black 5 seen here is named after the late Eric Treacy, former Bishop of Wakefield, who was a renowned railway photographer. The train is running on the NYMR (North Yorkshire Moors Railway) line from Pickering to Whitby, some 18 miles of track running through the North Yorkshire moors.
