In the illus-tration of theunfolded No. 2, itlooks like a full-b u s t corsage,with side seams,short sleeves,and pointed inthe back with a ^IG. 3. strap ornament. But when it is placed overthe head, the strap fastens the hood underthe chin, and the fall which looks like sleeves,is thrown up, brim fashion, from the fore-head, unless the wearer desires to protectthe curled or crimped hair when it rains,and then the flap is turned down, like thevisor of a helmet.
