Tenebruso, battalion gunner and chief range officer for Weapons and Field Training Battalion, Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, fires his weapon during a competition stage while participating in Marine Corps Marksmanship Competition West (MCMC-W) at Camp Pendleton, Calif., Feb. 17, 2022. In addition to receiving advanced marksmanship training within the rifle and pistol disciplines, Marines attending the regional MCMCs will also complete their annual rifle and pistol qualifications.
