Business operationswill be to develope the manifold resources of the Fertile Soil, Fo-rests, Minerals and Fisheries of Anticosti; to settle and colonizethe bland with those who now frequent it and others desirous ofbecoming settlers thereon ; and also to establish Steamship Com-munication and a thorough Telegraphic System throughout theIsland connected by a Cable with the present mainland system.
