SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND, Calif. (May 22, 2023) A Sailor, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, provides cover fire for another Sailor who is reloading their crew serve weapon, during simulated hostile action. NMCB 4 is currently conducting Field Training Exercise Turning Point to become the ready-to-deploy battalion for the Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility.
