Voted to provide threestewards to provide such drink as theyshall think necessary on raising day. Waters, Capt. Abijah lyamb andIsaiah Rider were chosen stewards. Votedto choose three stewards to deal out thedrink on raising day. Chose Isaiah Rider,Daniel Williams and John Spur, Jr. Votedthat the carpenters shall inform the stew-ards on raising day what time to Jonas Ward built the house. Voted thatthree men be chosen, not belonging to thesociet}^ to draw the lottery. Chose Eben-ezer Davis, Lieut. Benj. Versail and Dresser. Voted to go into the newmeeting house to draw the lottery. April 1, 1S02. Voted to concur withthe church in dismissing Rev. Erastuslearned. He commenced to supply aboutthe middle of July, 1797. , 1802. Voted to accept the pro-posal of the town to give thirty dollars peryear for the use of the house to do townbusiness in, the town to move the old houseoff the common, according to the votepassed. April 18,1803. Voted to give Dr. Eben-ezer H. Phillips three dollars and seventycents for taking care and sweeping themeeting house the 3^ear ensuing. October 20, 1803.
