A daring POSTMAN did his daily round wearing SHORTS today (Mon) despite deep snow on the ground and freezing Radford, 27, has worn his shorts EVERY day for the past seven years to deliver letters in the market town of Rothwell near Kettering, was no exception as he stepped out with bare legs in six inches of snow and temperatures of minus one degrees."Everyone here knows me as the postie in the shorts," he said.
