This remote bedouin burial ground is in a wadi in Moses' wilderness , high arid mountains rather than sandy desert as is often imagined. Many of the bedouin have now settled into permanent dwellings in breeze-block built villages, but this burial ground is a days walk from the nearest village of El Malga. Graves are marked by stones in the dry valley floor
