Cardiff, Wales. 25 February 2021. Andy Skippins and Elis Baynham from Food For Life Wales are providing free meals for students that live near Ellen Street from 12pm - 3pm on Thursday. Meals are free however they accept donations. Food For Life Wales launched a free meals for students initiative and they have been distributing food that are freshly made, warm and plant-based since this Tuesday February the 23rd on Blackweir Tavern car park. The free meals will be provided again on Saturday 11:30 - 1 at the carpark and 1:30 - 3 at Ellen Street. Food for Life Wales is a food relief project established by Ty Krishna Cymru and has been operating in South Wales for over 20 years. It is a community based volunteer engagement project. The charity has been providing plant-based meals for anyone experiencing food poverty or struggling to meet their nutritional needs.
