Horses must be eligible on Jan. 1, 1915, to stakes in which thev are entered. Horses entered Sept. 1, 1913. getting faster records before Jan. 1, 1915. than the classes in -which they -were entered, may be transferred to the stakes in which they are eligible, and the amount paid in for entrance fee may be applied to entrance in the stake to which they are transferred, or the nom- inator may name another horse in place of the one originally entered. Stakes divided $5000 to the first heat, $5000 to the second heat, $5000 to the third heat and $5000 according to rank in summary. Monevs divided 50, 25, 15 and 10 per cent. All races mile heats, 3 in 5. No race longer than five heats, and moneys in races not decided before the fifth heat will be divided according to rank in the sum- mary at the termination of the fifth heat.
