Berlin- Zehlendorf. Krumme Lanke U-Bahn Railway Station exterior view & entrance. The railway station is the southwestern terminus of the U3 Line. The platform is below street level but not underground and is named after the nearby Krumme Lanke Lake The station opened on 22 December 1929. The entrance hall, designed by Alfred Grenander was demolished in 1986 but it was rebuilt to the original plan and reopened in 1989
