Weask ourselves, How much will the Kingdom of Christ suffer throughoutthe mission fields of the world? Will our own missionaries turn to us inemergencies liable to overtake them? Confronted with such suggestivethoughts, the friend writes: Let us make our Christmas gifts this year directly to the work ofmissions. Whatever and whoever suffers loss because of unprecedentedworld-conditions, let the friends of Christ see to it that His cause suffer
