Ngorongoro District Tanzania Africa. Following two years of failed rainy seasons a severe drought hits a vast region stretching from Tanzania to Kenya. Most affected are the Massai pastoralists living in remote areas where their goats, cows, sheep are dying. Women have to walk 15km to collect water for their families every day from wells, children have to walk up to 10km to get to school and men must travel with their herds to Kenya in order to find grazing grounds and they face risk of death from Lions or fines from the police for trespassing.
