Officer Candidate William Finney, an Officer Candidate School (OCS) class 14-21 student at Officer Training Command, Newport (OTCN), Rhode Island, participates in a live news morning show, July 26. Finney, a native of Franklin, Tennessee, received a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from Auburn University and is training to become a supply officer. OCS develops civilians and fleet Sailors into newly commissioned officers morally, mentally, and physically and imbues them with the highest ideals of honor, courage and commitment for service in the fleet as Naval officers.
