And in 20 Edward III. or1345, he had the Grant of a Market and Fair came afterwards to the Calthorpes^ and was purcbafedby Sir Philip Parker, Knt. of Sir Drue Drury\, about theYear 1577. Philip Parker^oi Arwertcn^ was created aBaronet 16 July, 1661. This Manor and Eftate is nowvefted in the Dowager Lady of the Right Hon. the LordChedworth, who was one of the Daughters of the late SirPhilip Parker Long, Bart. Belstead, or LittleBeljiead.
