Soldiers from the Armed Forces of Djibouti (FAD) Bataillon d’intervention rapide (BIR) lead a class on proper detention and handling of Enemy Prisoners of War while advisors from the Army Security Force Assistance Brigade (SFAB) observe on Feb. 9, 2021, in an undisclosed location in SFAB is helping to organize, train and equip the newly formed BIR to better prepare them for future operations.
