Paul Greer, deputy command chaplain, opened the Peace and Unity Prayer Service, talking to the staff and patients who attended. “And that is our purpose coming together today, to intercede on behalf of our nation,” Greer said “There’s no doubt that recent events have demonstrated wicked schemes of man. We’ve seen it. Where those with different ideologies or views or skin color or even those who seek to worship peacefully, have come face-to-face with those who have evil intentions. We see it in the world all around us.”
