PORTSMOUTH, Va. (May 1, 2017) Aviation Ordnancemen Airmen Andrew Moncure, front, and Vincent Lorente serve themselves dinner during the opening day of the aft mess decks aboard aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) after months of rehabilitation and corrective maintenance at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Truman is currently undergoing a Planned Incremental Availability (PIA) at Norfolk Naval Shipyard for maintenance and refurbishment of shipboard systems to prepare for future operations.
