Bark of petals even brighter than the front. Very large, 6 inches or more across, 6-8 open at a time. A wonderful variety either for garden or exhibition. BAGDAD (LM). Smoky old rose somewhat darker toward the edge and with a lighter throat. bloomsâ6 to 8 open at one time. As an exhibition variety it cannot be surpassed. BETTY NUTHALL (VL). A sparkling, iridescent orange-pink deepening to coral on the petal reverse. Golden orange, throat lined carmine-rose. Enormous flowers often 6 inches across. CAKMEN SYLVA (M). This occupies a universal place as the best pure white gladioli. The flowers are extra large. They are well placed on a tall slender stem. GLORIANA (M). Golden salmon, clear yellow throat. Very tall. Beautiful color and grows wondeifully well. Don't fail to try this one as it is a rare beauty. GOLDEN DREAM (L). Clear deep yellow. No markings. Several blooms open. One of the best yellows. HALLEY (E). Deep pink. Very beautiful and one of the earliest of all. In fact it is the second to bloom. MAID OF ORLEANS (EM). Beautiful milky white with light cream throat. Stands tall and straight. Has 7 to 8 well-placed blooms open at once. MINUET (LM). Wonderfully beaut
