NAVAL BASE KITSAP - BANGOR (July 26, 2018) Yeoman 2nd Class Angel C. Escobedo receives the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal by Capt. Alan Schrader, commanding officer of Naval Base KItsap (NBK), for work done during the Final Evaluation Problem (FEB). FEB is an evaluation of an installation's security and emergency management response to a force protection situation. NBK is the first major installation to pass the evaluation.
