Funerary figure of Hapy, Third Intermediate Period–Late Period, 1100–332 BC, From Egypt, Glass, precious metal, H. × W. × D. cm (3 1/4 × 1 1/4 × 1 in.), These elaborate composite glass figures of the Four Sons of Horus also show traces of gilding. The date of the figures is quite uncertain. They are likely to be pre-Ptolemaic given the strongly sectional use of color, but until a careful study is done of the style of such figures through time more cannot be said with any certainty
