The],Yorkshire Council for Agricultural Educa-tion report in their recently issued pamphlet, , an interesting experiment to te3t the relativemanurial value of dung from fattening bullocksreceiving (1) Decorticated cottonseed eako (2) Undecorticated cotton cake, and to also ascertain the relative advantages of theapplication of fresh dung against rotten dung. There were six plots of each. Three plots weremanured in January, 1900, with fresh manure atthe rate of 10 tons per acre, and three in March,1900, with rotten manure, the residue of a quantityequal to 10 tons of fresh manure per acre.
