We arenot inadvertent to the position earnestly urged for defendant, that the actproviding for a determination of the amount required for a four-monthsschool, by the Superior Court judge, is unconstitutional in that it attempts toconfer legislative powers on the courts, but we do not think the statute isopen to such objection.
