Richard V. Spencer, Secretary of the Navy, gets eyes on Marines and Sailors of MRF-D during his visit to Darwin, Australia, July 15. During his visit he awarded three Marines with Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, spoke with the Ground Combat Element, Aviation Combat Element and met with Michael Gunner, Chief Minister of the Northern Territory about current and future training operations with the Australian Defence Force.
